When Christina and Rob first connected on a dating app, little did they know they would be engaged in Hawaii within the year. Rob being a traditional man made sure to seek permission from Christina’s parents before jet-setting to Hawaii to propose next to Waimoku Falls. They knew early on in their relationship they’d spend their lives together so it was no surprise when Christina excitedly said “yes!” to the man of her dreams.

On a warm September day, their family and friends gathered downtown Ottawa, ON at the historic Fairmont Chateau Laurier to celebrate the moment they finally said, “I do.” The bride spent the morning in the Chateau Laurier’s Prime Minister’s Suite with her bridesmaids and mother helping her into her Allure Bridal gown from La Maison Bridal Boutique. She looked absolutely breathtaking! Meanwhile, the groom and his groomsmen shared in a few drinks a few floors below while they prepared for the big moment. And when the last bowtie was tied and the wedding dress fluffed, the time had arrived to head to the ceremony space. Escorted by both of her parents down the floral lined aisle, Christina looked absolutely radiant.

Under the expert guidance of the wedding planner and designer Lauren Sinclair with Sinclair & Co. Design, the vendors crafted a timeless scene for the newlyweds. The romance of the floral arrangements, also by Sinclair & Co. Design, was carefully prepared with softer tones and textures taking into consideration the exquisite details the iconic venue already has. The Italian wood chargers from Amy & Jen Decor paired with the Louis chairs from Moonlight Events added an elegant touch to the tablescape design.
