Welcome to our blog where we share everything from recent weddings and engagements, to our amazing adventures as a family of four. When we aren’t photographing weddings, our family is traveling the world, decorating our new home in Ottawa, Ontario or snuggled up watching movies with our basset hound, Georgia. We love working with joyous couples and absolutely cannot wait to tell your story!

In the ocean-meets-desert city of Cabo San Lucas, there is a pristine beach wedding venue that immediately takes your breath away upon arrival. At Riu Palace Los Cabos, the amenities are endless and the resort offers a perfect backdrop to any destination wedding ideas you could dream of. The property overlooks The Arch or El Arco (as the locals call this famous rock formation) and is surrounded by rolling white sand beaches. Under the grand seaside gazebo, Stacey and Scott shared their personal vows with one another.

The morning was all celebration and laughter. Dressed in their blue satin robes, the bride and her bridesmaids started off the day with mimosas overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Meanwhile, the groom and his groomsmen spent the morning in one of Riu Palace’s grand pools before getting ready for the big day. When the last bowtie was tied and the last curl was hair-sprayed, the time had arrived to head to the ceremony site. Escorted by her dad down the palm tree lined aisle, Stacey, in her sophisticated gown absolutely glowed. Scott even had to brush away a few tears when he saw her!

Under the expert guidance of RIU Palace’s wedding coordinator, the talented vendors created a classic minimalistic beach wedding day for the couple. The romance of the floral arrangements by Baja Flowers, was filled with soft white tones keeping the overall look timeless. Bringing the timeless beach aesthetic through cohesively, the couple kept their tablescape florals and decor light and simple.

Surrounded by the twinkle lights, white paper lanterns and a star filled sky, the festivities carried on well into the night. The toasts from the wedding party and parents were heartfelt and full of laugher. After the couple shared in their first dance, they invited the rest of their wedding guests to join them on oceanside dance floor.

Surrounded by friends and family, their life together as husband and wife began. I am so thrilled I was able to document Stacey and Scott’s big day. I can’t wait to see where life takes them!
