When can you expect your galleries to be delivered?
Typically our company delivers your portrait photos within 1-3 weeks of the session date. Wedding galleries are delivered within 3-10 weeks depending on the event schedule and season.

How many photos should I expect?
Every client will receive all of the images professionally retouched and colour corrected. We don't hold your memories back! The only images that are deleted are repeats or unflattering photos.

Most portrait sessions will have roughly 40-70 images. Wedding galleries range quite substantially depending on the length of coverage, details and what is planned for the day. Roughly we say you will receive between 50-80 images per hour in your final wedding gallery.

How do I know the best time to plan for photos on my wedding day? Do you help with timeline preparations?
This is 100% a HECK YES! We absolutely love helping you with your timeline because at the end of the day we want the absolute best images for you on your wedding day. 

We love timeline help so much that we offer a tool in your client portal (provided after booking) for us to create the best timeline for you. Don't stress! We have you covered!

You are booked for our big day. We love your style and still want to book. Is there someone from your team that is available?
Our talented team might be available for your date if I'm already booked. The best way to find out is to reach out! 

turnaround time & quantity

Do you offer prints and albums? Are they included in my package?
We offer a wide range of print and album choices to all of our clients. Albums are a gorgeous way to have your day preserved in a luxurious, high end album.

If artwork or albums are something you are interested in, we will schedule a meeting with our Album Designer & Print Specialist, Abby to review which options are the best for you. 

Do you provide or sell RAW files?
This is not something we are offering at this time.

Do you offer other types of sessions other than weddings and engagements?
Of course! While we do specialize in wedding and engagement photography, we do offer:

- Branding for Small Businesses 
- Wedding Related Events (Rehearsals, Welcome Dinners, Showers etc.)

If you are looking for another type of photography, we are happy to send you a list of referrals. 

Do you offer videography?
While videographers and photographers use a lot of the same equipment, we find it beneficial to specialize and perfect our craft in one genre. We are happy to refer you to other incredibly talented videographers that feel the same way and are amazing to work with here.

We would like a second shooter at our wedding. Do you have a team you work with?
Absolutely! We have an incredible team of first and second shooters. All of the images taken from your big day will be professionally retouched in the same editing style you see on our website. 

prints, albums, & other services

How far in advance should we book you?
Photographers are usually the second or third vendor booked on your wedding day after you've set your date with your venue. Once your date is set, please get in touch. On average we are booking 12-18 months in advance. 

Do you travel for weddings?
Yes and we absolutely love it! We typically take 3-6 international destination weddings per year.

We serve Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver, Vancouver Island, Halifax regularly.

Will you hold our date?
All bookings are only final once you have signed the contract and paid your non-refundable retainer. All clients are served on a first come, first served basis. Dates are not held.

When do we schedule our engagement session?
Once your contract is signed and retainer is paid, we will send you a list of available engagement session date options as well as location suggestions.

Engagement sessions take place on weeknights as weekends are reserved for our wedding clients. The session time will be an hour to an hour and a half prior to sunset during the Golden Hour. We will provide you with the time depending on the date you choose.

With turnaround times in mind, we will ask you to pick the season you'd like your session to take place and schedule you in!

If I don't want an engagement session, can I swap it out for something else?
The short answer is no. The engagement session is 100% complimentary. If you do not want to participate in an engagement session that is perfectly ok.

We do recommend taking advantage of this though as it's a wonderful reason to get dressed up, have some fun and get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day!
