We just loved being a part of Daphnee and Greg’s TwentyTwo by the Westin wedding – it was so full of joy and laughter! And being able to photograph all of the gorgeous details created by Wedecor was a treat as well.

Daphnee and Greg chose early September for their wedding, which is a beautiful time of year in Ottawa. The ceremony itself took place at Billings Estate Museum which features a touch of history combined with mature gardens. They exchanged their emotionally packed vows in front of a custom arbour installation surrounded by their closest family and friends. Following the ceremony, we took the opportunity to maximize the couple’s portrait time in the heart of our beautiful city with the iconic Fairmont Chateau Laurier as our backdrop. The sky-high bright reception at TwentyTwo was located on twenty second floor overlooking the cityscape of Ottawa.

The timeless elegant decor inspiration was cohesively executed throughout their reception space featuring tall candelabra centrepieces, soft floral arrangements and romantic candlelight. Daphnee and Greg’s wedding day was the perfect mixture of elegance and history combining two very close knit families.
